Washington Apple Health is the state’s Medicaid program. If you have an Apple Health plan through Wellpoint, Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) or Molina Healthcare, therapy with us is typically covered with no copay.

We can offer superbills as needed if your insurance provider is not listed above.

A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement. How much is reimbursed depends on your plan.

Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask whether Gorge Therapy Group is in-network for outpatient mental health therapy. You can also ask about your copay, deductible and whether you need a referral. Not sure where to start? Contact us and we’ll help you check before your first session.
