Brooke Jefferson, LMHCA

Brooke integrates somatic therapy, mindfulness, parts work, EMDR, Body Trust, and Gestalt to offer compassionate, trauma-informed, weight-inclusive care tailored to each person's unique needs. She works with individuals ages 7 and older, specializing in eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and reconnecting with a sense of meaning and purpose.

Danielle Jacques, LMHCA

Hello there. I work with people 14+ on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, grief, chronic pain, and ADHD. I have worked mostly with teens in the past, and have more recently opened up my practice to include adults. I take an active role in the therapy process, and I would love to support you with healing and growing toward a life you value.

Jon LaBella, LMFTA

Jon often works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, overwhelm, suicidal ideation, relationship strain or rupture, or questions of identity and direction during a time of transition. He brings an inclusive, collaborative, trauma-informed approach tailored to each person's unique needs, integrating systemic theories such as Existential-Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, IFS, ACT, Gottman Method, and EFT-C. Jon offers a steady, curious place to slow down and address what feels present in your life and in the room.

Clare Stanfield, LSWAIC

Clare strives to co-foster a dynamic, regulated, and mutual space to explore the challenges and triumphs of your current situation. While primarily working with high school-aged folks, Clare values including whole systems when working with someone—bringing in parents, teachers, and friends when appropriate.
